A wide range of Industrial Bag Filters is available with us. In a reverse-pulse-jet Bag Filter gas air flows from outside to inside the bags. This bag filter is provided with a metal cage that prevents collapse of the bag. Through a tank, short burst of compressed air is injected that cleans the bags. The compressed air is accelerated by a venturi nozzle mounted at the reverse-jet inside the bag filter top of the bag. Due to short duration of compressed air, the bag surfaces flex, which results in breakage of the dust cake. Finally , the dislodged dust falls into bottom hopper. A digital sequential timer/master control enables the working of the cleaning system.
